Well-established production line
Drawing on years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of Hi Fi tube equipment, Line Magnetic has built a closed loop, specialized production system tailored to the analogue audio characteristics of tube amplifiers. It delivers full chain in house production capabilities spanning transformer in house R&D & winding, structural component machining, component screening, point to point hand assembly, unit tuning, and final finished product inspection.
The factory features dedicated functional zones including the transformer manufacturing workshop, component screening area, hand assembly workstations, listening tuning rooms, high temperature burn in zone, as well as incoming material and finished product warehouses. Unlike the assembly line operations for conventional digital devices, the production system enforces standardized process control while preserving the indispensable fine hand craftsmanship for tube amplifiers, balancing mass production scale with consistent acoustic performance across individual units.
As the core acoustic component of tube amplifiers, all transformers are developed and wound in house. Every step from core and wire material selection to multi layer winding processes is strictly controlled in house. While recreating the acoustic signatures of classic analogue transformers, the designs are iterated and optimized for modern day audio requirements, securing the fundamental source that defines the tonal character of tube amplifiers.
The production line is equipped with professional audio testing instruments, tube electrical matching equipment and withstand voltage & insulation testing systems. Multiple isolated professional listening rooms are also established. A dual track verification model is adopted combining quantitative instrumental measurement with subjective listening based tuning by senior acoustic engineers — this represents one of the most critical distinctions between high end tube amplifiers and ordinary consumer electronics.
Standard operating documents are formulated for every production procedure with traceable quality inspection records kept on file. Each finished unit is assigned a unique chassis serial number, with complete production archives documenting its full workflow of assembly, tuning, burn in and testing.

Take shape through meticulous craftsmanship
Prior to production, materials undergo refined pre processing and vacuum tubes receive precise channel matching. Adopting pure point to point hand wiring to minimise signal paths and reproduce delicate, transparent original sound.
Stabilize performance by burn‑in testing
Conducted step by step low voltage power on calibration to detect potential circuit risks, followed by long duration full load high temperature burn in testing to enhance long term operational stability and sonic durability of the unit.
Endow sonic character via fine tuning
Comprehensive quantitative testing of core parameters is carried out with professional audio measurement equipment, followed by fine manual tuning from experienced acoustic engineers to craft Line Magnetic’s signature tube sound — warm, rich, relaxed and forgiving for long hour listening.
Uphold integrity with strict quality control
Comprehensive final product inspection is performed to prevent defective units from being shipped out; each unit is fitted with a unique traceable serial number for full quality traceability, and a secondary re verification prior to dispatch ensures stable and superior acoustic performance for end users.
